As a South African I am used to life outdoors, I am also passionate about health, wellbeing and being able to fully enjoy all of life. That’s why after more than 12 years working in the financial industry in London and Zurich I have retrained as a Nutritional Therapist.

My training enables me to take a multidisciplinary approach and tailor it to your individual needs.

Areas of special interest include

Gut health, mental health, skin disorders and supporting a healthy metabolism. As well as this, I offer a wide range of nutritional intervention on all other areas of health. My goal is to improve your general wellbeing, or treat a specific issue long term, whilst enabling you to enjoy your food everyday.
